The colors and textures of this vessel are the result of three days of firing in an outdoor wood ‘anagama’ kiln, as ash from the wood melted and fused with the clay, creating a natural glaze-like finish and melting specks of locally harvested clay. This sculptural vessel measures approximately 6” x 4.5”. Each item is unique and colors/textures will vary between firings.
